In order to meet the expectations of our clients, we ensure maximal comfort of cooperation with our company, offering them also the option of injection moulds, blanking dies, etc. We have our own tool shop, where we can inspect moulds and repair them.

  WE OFFER COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES IN THE SCOPE of commencement of production, consisting in:

- analysis and optimizing of the structure of received drawing of moulded piece,

- drawing up technical documentation of tools (2D, 3D)

- direct execution of the tool in metal,

- carrying out technical tests of the tool directly under production conditions,

- introducing possible corrections, changes, technological adjustments of the tool,

- implementation of production on our injection machines,

- delivery of manufactured elements directly to the customer’s premises,

- current maintenance of entrusted tool during production.
